User / You

App
Means any mobile or desktop application developed and distributed by Candela Labs.

Means content that promotes a third-party brand, service, or product and is clearly identifiable as advertising or promotional material through labels such as “Ad”, “Sponsored”, “Powered by”, “Advertorial”, or similar.
Content
Means text, images, audio, video, summaries, reports, data, graphics, or any other materials made available through the Platform.
Acceptance of Terms
You accept these Terms by:
Accessing or browsing any Candela Labs platform
Downloading or installing any Candela Labs application
Registering an account
Using any content or services provided by Candela Labs
You may only use the Platform if:
You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable laws; or
You are a lawful entity authorized to enter into such an agreement.
Provision of the App
Candela Labs provides digital platforms that may include:
News summaries and editorial content
Technology insights and reports
AI-based tools and services
Aggregated or curated third-party content
Personal productivity or learning tools

Candela Labs does not guarantee or endorse the claims made in Sponsored Content.
Any transactions or dealings between You and advertisers or sponsors are solely between You and such third party.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platforms, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, designs, software, and databases, is the property of Candela Labs Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You agree that You will not:
reproduce or distribute any content without authorization
remove copyright notices or proprietary marks
use the Platforms for commercial exploitation.
Candela Labs retains ownership of all intellectual property associated with its products and services including NewsBytes, DevBytes, ZeroAI and NudgeAI.
Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to upload, publish, or share any content that:
Belongs to another person without authorization
Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or unlawful
Violates intellectual property rights
Misleads users or spreads false information
Impersonates another person or entity
Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
Violates applicable laws or regulations
Threatens national security, public order, or safety
Candela Labs reserves the right to remove any such content and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts.

Candela Labs does not warrant that:
Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
Defects will be corrected
Servers are free of viruses or harmful components.
BY ACCESSING OR USING ANY PLATFORM OPERATED BY CANDELA LABS PRIVATE LIMITED, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
